Sarah Rayburn, MPA – PHCC
Sarah Rayburn, MPA, is the executive director of PHCC Texas. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters in Public Administration at The Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration at George Washington University. Sarah has spent her career in various operations and leadership positions for a number of non-profit organizations. She has expertise in strategic planning, operations management, public and nonprofit finance, grants management, and human resources. Sarah has served in consulting capacities for a number of organizations and enjoys spending her free time volunteering with youth organizations across Austin.
Michael Copp – NAPHCC
Michael R. Copp, MA, MIRM, is the executive vice president of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC). A respected leader among construction industry trade association executives, Copp works to advance the industry and ensure that that PHCC contractors are the best choice for professionalism, reliable products and knowledgeable service. Prior to joining PHCC, he held progressively responsible positions at the American Institute of Architects, the National Association of Home Builders and the American Retirement Association, where he was the chief operating officer.
Tony Gee – Strictly Plumbers
Strictly Plumbers Marketing is helping all plumbing business owners for free by providing free training. The owner of Strictly Plumbers Marketing - Tony Gee was a plumber for 15 years and worked for Bill Howe Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and ARS/Rescue Rooter and also attended PHCC events when he was a plumber. During the 15 years of plumbing, Tony Gee studied marketing and cracked the code on Plumbing Lead Generation when he was a Sales Plumbing Manager at ARS/Rescue Rooter of San Diego.
